I was impressed by the reviews & booked Jeanette.Nothing was impressive about my experience.I was assigned another hairstylist.The Manager Sara wore a mask over her mouth but not nose, she was also pushy with another customer insisting she had a trim to make her hair grow when she’d come for a colour.Jeanette was pulled away twice during my appt.The style I was given wasn’t what I’d asked for & wasn’t listened to when I explained.Another salon showed me I had a 2” uneven step at the back.AVOID!!

I found Gemini to be clean and very friendly. Jeanette was ill on the day that I visited but I was looked after very well by other stylists. One thing I like about Gemini is they are all very friendly and professional going out of their way to give you what you want.

Clean and quiet salon, My shampoo was wonderful! and i loved my haircut. There are no frills (coffee/ relaxing chairs for the shampoo etc) so I haven't given 5 stars but I would rebook as the cut was great.
