Unfortunately I had to wait 40 minutes before my appointment started - I had to ask if I could have a drink and it was a while before I was offered a magazine to read (despite it not being busy). I wanted to get foil highlights but I was persuaded to have my roots bleached instead - at the end I have been left with a yellowy colour I am not happy with.

Cut to short!!! Told her not that much off!!! Did it in 5 mins so not time taken on it! So rubbish
