Not a relaxing experience at all - kids running around and boiling hot. Small salon so felt very cramped. The blow dry was very average and the lady kept stopping and starting.

Had quite a long wait (over 30 mins) Would be good if someone could call you before appointment if there is a delay so you can adjust your plans.
