I'm so upset about this situation... I'm not sure what's worse the money i spent or the fact she changed my colour without my consent. I just needed a root retouch and she suggested a balayage. I entered a warm blonde and i left with a gray hair. I spent £179 (toner not included). I thought she only messed up the toner and after speaking with other hairdressers they said my hair wasn't a balayage and it was very grey. I mean unbelievable. Then I paid again another £100 to remove that grey.
