I had been a semi-regular customer at Gemini, but unfortunately this trip has meant that I will not return. I had a different member of staff than usual performing my wax, and they were not very good. She had to apologise at least 3 times when pulling off wax strips, and I left with a very bruised neck from bad waxing. Shame, as the staff had been good here before.

Brilliant facial by Rima, skin feels great and it was really relaxing. Highly recommend!

Wax was good. Staff could have been friendlier. Wasn't made to feel overly welcome.
