Overall the wax was good for the average of places people can find but I had to ask to have some hair removed. The staff was nice and kind, really putting an effort in making a new client feel comfortable and welcomed. My only concern is the way of waxing since I suppose that the wax should be spread following the direction of the hair to avoid pain in first instance and ingrown hair afterwords. In addition a wax not done properly will make hair grow faster beside ingrown.
