Don't like leaving bad reviews but feel this needs to be said. Faye is lovely but these are the worst highlights I've ever had. They are slices rather than streaks and I have places with white roots and orange ends. We didn't even discuss the hair's history beforehand which could have stopped that happening, but she didn't ask and I assumed she remembered from my previous visit. Will have to get this corrected, elsewhere.
