I had my facial appointment with Demet. Overall it was okay. I won't be visiting this place again. No comments about what steps my therapist was performing on me. I would have been more comfortable if she had told me briefly ab what steps she was doing. Also it was supposed to be for 1 hr 15 mins but facial was all done in 1 hr 6 mins.

I’ve been here before and wasn’t completely happy with the outcome or the service but thought I would give it another try.- I was disappointed again. It’s a real shame as the salon is actually quite nice but I think the service overall needs massive improvement.
