The lady who did the wax was excellent, very thorough and professional. When I went to pay, they tried to charge me £7 more than the price stated in the booking!

The therapist I had was good she did the facial well and my skin is happy. Don’t expect a smile from the receptionist - hardly a warm welcome.

Had a lovely manicure at Gemm. The technician was very skilled and I left with one of the most evenly painted manicures of my life.
