Brazilian Waxing
The procedure lasted 1 hour 15 minutes, not 30 minutes as it says on Treatwell. Overall I’ve always liked Gemm Beauty & the services they do are great but no one in the whole salon seems to know much English which is a bit problematic- every time there is a question they need to leave the room & get a collegue in to translate. In addition, even though I specifically selected one specialist (Kasia) the woman who did the service was someone else... to top it off their card machine wasn’t working- no one has warned me about it, had I known I would have just paid through the app!!
Eyelash Perming
My therapist made me feel very comfortable and made sure she paid attention to my lower back (where I’d had a slipped disc). She knew what she was doing and I felt relaxed afterwards. The ambience was slightly ruined by another customer leaving her kids in the salon as she had a treatment done; I could hear them being boisterous in the main salon bit as I had my massage. This was not the fault of the salon.
Thanks for a great massage! I’ll definitely be coming back.
