Everything was great, amazing job with my eybrows, however, they should really consider introducing hot wax as an option for bikini.

The procedure lasted 1 hour 15 minutes, not 30 minutes as it says on Treatwell. Overall I’ve always liked Gemm Beauty & the services they do are great but no one in the whole salon seems to know much English which is a bit problematic- every time there is a question they need to leave the room & get a collegue in to translate. In addition, even though I specifically selected one specialist (Kasia) the woman who did the service was someone else... to top it off their card machine wasn’t working- no one has warned me about it, had I known I would have just paid through the app!!
