Booked appointment online, payment of £7 to be paid at the venue, After the job was completed I was charged £8. She said that's what they charge, I told her I had a confirmation email with the amount stated, she wasn't interested!! Made the payment of £8.

I felt as if the lady doing my treatment rushed the service and was not aware of how rough she was being with me. Also I felt as if she didn't really know what she was doing compared to what I have had done previously at another salon. Overall I wasn't impressed and won't be returning.
