Disappointing, asked for the lady to apply more pressure and she didn’t, it felt like I was being rubbed down with oil - very disappointing
Treatment by Cansel•Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
After booking through the TreatWell system, and even getting my booking confirmation, I did not receive my treatment but instead received a let down saying I could not have my nails done as the booking did not go through to their system. I was very disappointed as I had booked 24 hours in advance and needed my nails done urgently. The app said there would be five workers available at the time yet when I wanted to get my nails done nobody was available! What happened there?

Had a Hollywood and a eyebrow wax and tint.
This lady who waxed me hurt me a lot not like the other two I’ve had from this salon before. I was sore and bleeding for two days after.
The same lady waxed my eyebrows and tinted them. She tinted them first which I’ve never had done before (usually wax then tint) but it was fine except there was tint on my eye lids and forehead. She didn’t talk at all which made it a bit awkward.
Not my best experience at this salon.
