I went on New Year's Eve after the first place I booked was closed when I arrived, despite a. Confirmed booking. Gemm was lovely, they offered me champagne and a chocolate as it was New Year's Eve ! The massage was excellent - deep tissue massage, my first experience of it. It was painful in some places where I had a lot of tension in my body , but the massage therapist always checked if the pressure was ok, and negotiated the process jointly with me. I would definitely recommend them, and will be going back regularly !
