Good massage. Would have liked it a little bit harder but probably my fault for not being clear.
The staff were lovely and very chatty. They even helped (above and beyond the call of duty) when the angle meant I couldn't roll my trousers back down over my calves. My pedicurist knew exactly what she was doing and made it a very pleasant experience. The only downside was having the footbath on the bed which made it a very odd, uncomfortable angle.
From the moment I walked into Genco I was welcomed with a smile and a beverage. The haircut is precisely what I wanted and I was completely relaxed through the whole service. Kasia is a standout among a seriously talented crew at Genco in Chiswick.
