I have been hesitant about writing a review. But after reading some of the others I feel I shd give my feedback. The whole experience was not therapeutic.
My therapist did not introduce herself, spent a long time trying to get me to find by email for the booking. Which was already confirmed. No consultation form was filled in. Thus the Therapist had no idea of allergies or medical conditions etc. I booked a facial reflexology treatment. But had a whole facial routine with water over 6 times, cream applied and a cool mask. None of the treatment was explained. V deep pressure was applied throughout, I felt very sore for 2 weeks. I felt the therapist had gone over the same areas too many times. I started to feel quite uncomfortable . My cheekbone and around my eye sockets felt very bruised, My skin in this time was also v dry. I asked during the session if this was facial reflexology. Yes was the reply, After the session i asked her if she had done facial reflexology. She didn't say yes or no but told me she was a physiotherapist.
