Fabulous! I've been visiting genki for 5 years. Claire is a fabulous therapist who genuinely cares about her clients. Her treatments are excellent and she always leaves me feeling regenerated/rejuvenated. Love it, well done Claire
I have used the salon and Claire for years for all my beauty treatments. Her massages are strong and firm and I always feel refreshed afterwards.
Her waxing is thorough and she listens to what I want and tries to be as painless as possible.
Manicures, pedicures whether gel, acrylic or just polish are fab and I have tried them all over the years. As well as some funky nail art challenges!
She is always happy and chatty but quiet when having a relaxing facial working around my mood. I can't recommend her enough. She does it all.
I haven't had the tattoo removal myself but have seen some of the results and they look good!
I have also seen her make up work as well and seen some very happy and beautiful brides.
