Lovely first visit, Claire was most welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Easy to park, a great location close to but not in the city centre.

Claire was welcoming and friendly. She explained what she was doing and asked about how much pressure was optimum for me. I would have liked my upper arms to have received some attention as I had mentioned them. Other wise great service and going back. Maggie

The salon was very airy and pretty. My Pedicure was very much need and my waxing was virtually painless. Claire was very friendly and honest. She explained right at the beginning that she wouldn’t be able to take off my current gel polish on my fingers as she is allergic to most products other than shellac, however was very happy for me to take credit or contact Treatwell. I will definitely be back to GenKi for further treatments. 😊
