As always greeted in a way that relaxed me for my massage; given time to settle onto the couch with music to add to the ambience. bamboo massage is there to get into the muscles and remove the tensions of the gym workout or a day on your feet. For me it was a combination of both and by the end of the treatment the knots and tension had been worked away
