Really lovely lady. Welcomed me with warmth when I arrived. The room was relaxing and massage was really good! Enjoyed it and will be back again!

1st time I had been to gen beauty and it was an overall pleasant experience. She made me feel really relaxed but was quick and effective, which is what you want for this treatment. Full of knowledge and a skilled beautician, only comment was on hair salon appearance as it’s very white and bright, but don’t let that put you off.
