Absolutely superb, Louise the masseuse was clearly highly trained, knew exactly the right level of pressure to apply and made me feel very at ease straight away. looking forward to rebooking again soon

I found It was adequate. staff could of used opportunity to say how to improve foot care or sell own products or even explain treatment as they went along . Generally for me I found it acceptable, not very proactive or encouraging given this venue is at the very top end of the market in terms of venue and cost I would expect something different but that is my expectation.
