The haircut fell short of expectations, with uneven cutting and stray hairs left on my neck. The hairdresser was not open for feedback and instead blamed my thin hair for the bad haircut.

Very happy with my son’s haircut, he has curly hair so I've found it difficult finding a barber that can cut it well. Nicola walked me through how he'd cut it, was very knowledgeable, and it turned out great. Will definitely be going back!
