The best sports massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. George asked what my issues were at the start, assessed the areas causing me issues and gave me advice for stretches and exercises to do to help. The massage itself was brilliant and not too painful. This is the loosest my shoulders have felt in a long time. I’ll be back :-)
