I left my job for a couple of hours and paid a taxi to go to my appointment, and they asked me 30 pounds more than advertised before I started the treatment, saying that they forgot to update their info on the Treatwell application. Of course I left.

They dont go by the online prices mentioned in the Treatwell app and did not communicate the change in price clearly before the session. after the session there was so much of confusion denial and arguing which was unwarranted.
