I don’t know what the reason is, might be because it wasn’t the right treatment for my hair or my hair was too dry- but the end resus was not what I expected, my hair is softer after washing it but it’s very similar to my natural hair, I expected it to look straighter . It’s at least a bit less fizzy

I have 3c hair so not all hairdressers are able to blow dry this type of hair. When I arrived I was assigned Rami as a stylist and he did an amazing job. I will definitely return.
