I booked in for a shampoo and set - a very specific type of service. Unfortunately, despite the fact that it was clearly advertised, the salon is completely unequipped to set hair (no over-head dryers and apparently only four mismatched rollers in the entire salon) and thus I walked away with what amounted to a lacklustre blow-out. Though my stylist was pleasant, she also left me for a long time halfway through the service to work on another client and go out to pick up her lunch.
I had my hair done by Sepy and she is honestly the nicest person I’ve come across. She’s very professional, friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout, and does exactly what you ask her. I love getting my hair done by her and will not go to anyone else.
I had booked and prepaid my wash blowdry haircut for 10am, when I arrived nobody was there to open the shop and I had to wait outside. When inside, I was waiting for Bouchra to arrive for over an hour and my she started at 11:30 which was a waste of my time. Although, it was not her fault- the salon has an issue with treatwell because she wasn’t informed about my appointment.
I paid £40 online but I was told in person it’s £50 so I had to pay £10 extra. This should’ve been made clear on TW!
