My bottom eyelashes were not stuck down so my bottom eyelashes on my left eye where stuck to the top - I had to get 8 or more lashes pulled from the top lashes. I would actually like a refund but haven’t had any time to make my official complaint - also it was for cluster lashes not individual - a bit misleading

I have been coming to see Sepideh regularly as she is really the best hairdresser and beautician that I have come across in many years and the only person I trust with my hair and beauty requirements. She is incredibly professional and an expert in her work!
