Sadly when i arrived 10 min before my scheduled appointment, I was told by the nails ladies that the hair salon had closed for the day, 3 hours before!
No phone call, no cancellation. Very disappointing & unprofessional of them

Booked my appointment two weeks in advance only to be told that my stylist had been on maternity leave for 7 months now. I was then told that the manager was not in and that another stylist would not be able to assist me as they had a number of sick calls. Completely unprofessional- I do not understand why a booking would go through if the stylist is on maternity leave. An absolute waste of time- the salon and its staff have no etiquette or professionalism whatsoever. Would not recommend!
