Well Gerri was nice enough to do my nails when booking through Treatwell but second time I booked in advance by texting her and she gave me an appointment which she couldn’t do. Not only she said 10:45 and I rushed in to make sure I’m not late, but when I walked in she said my appt was at 11:00 and she’s got no time to do the treatment that I specifically asked for. Not being mean but it’s not a nice experience. I will not be returning, really don’t enjoy being played about.
