I'm still to enjoy this visit. The owner rang within minutes of my booking to say she was sorry but that she wasn't in work on Saturday, and hadn't informed treatwell. She was very apologetic. But I didn't hence have the treatments I'd hoped for.

The lady was about 20 Minutes late to the appointment coming from someplace else. The wax used was really sticky and painful! She kept trying to take it off before it was dry and made the wax much more unpleasant than it needed to be. Also the treatment room was untidy. The rest of the clinic was very nice and had good ambiance. Just not a great experience unfortunately.
