I had a haircut with German and the actual haircut was good. I didn't enjoy my time at the salon as they made me feel bad about my hair. German did spend 1.5h for haircut and blow dry but they then made me feel bad about it and asked me to pay more claiming that I booked the wrong service (I should have booked restyle and not cut). They then admitted that it was my hair that was difficult and that that was the reason for the extra money. If you want to make good business you need to make customers feel happy. This salon did exactly the opposite. I was planning to book another visit for permanent straightening and to spend 180 pounds but I am so disappointed with the service I won't ever go back there. I would suggest to everyone to book via treatwell to ensure they pay for the right service. The only friendly person at the salon was the new italian guy who was really a pleasure to meet and so open to talk through what I needed.
