Absolutely lovely salon experience. These gentlemen are Spanish and a bit rough in English, but that seems to make them more collaborative than most English-speaking hairdressers I've visited. They actually listened to what I wanted and checked with me every step of the way. I will definitely be going back to them in the future!

The appointment was delayed and once I attended the haircut took over an hour. Which meant I was getting my haircut for over 2 hours. However, the haircut was good and the hairdresser wanted to make sure I was happy. However, this was a bit of a drawn out experience as he didn't speak english so I had to go through translator. Overall the staff were very friendly and with a wahanda voucher it was good value for money.

Lovely and polite staff.
Took the time to really understand what I wanted/needed doing to my hair.
I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all during my appointment.

German is extremely competent and precise - he doesn't speak English but he has a sixth sense and can really read your mind. The ambience is elegant and warm, staff lovely and super friendly. I liked the music choice and their great kindness - they offered me tea or coffee and handled me magazines to read while I was having my hair cut. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and I will go again for sure!

This was a lovely venue. I've rated highly because of the long luxurious head massage I got during conditioning. The hairdresser only spoke spanish but luckily the assistant was there to tell him exactly what I wanted and he delivered. Really happy and would definitely visit again.
