The stylist treated me quite roughly and didn’t make me feel looked after.
When I tried to explain how I wanted my fringe he reacted impatiently, telling his colleague (in Spanish) that I didn’t know what I wanted. That felt quite rude, especially as I was showing a picture and describing what I meant. He cut my fringe in a way that didn’t look good, removed the protective cover from me and walked away to the counter without checking if I was happy with the haircut. Thankfully his colleague noticed the situation, kindly showed that she understood my request and fixed the haircut. The result was good in the end, but I left the salon feeling quite unsettled.
