This is the third time I have booked this venue only to br called a few hours before to say that the therapist had to go home. This time I turned up and guess what she went home! I was told that they were sorry and they were meant to call me. I never had any call. I will never book these people again really unprofessional.

Claire explained everything clearly while doing the treatments. She had everything prepared and sterilised. I love the results so much, it’s made such a difference already. Highly recommend Claire!

Rubbish experience. SMS 2-3 hrs before appointment cancelling. I response - when re-scheduled - nothing. obviously have too much business or not interested in men's grooming.
