Va very pleasant experience, my appointment had previously been cancelled . Due the therapist being unwell on the day . A new appointment was offered promptly .They also ask about the type of skin you have or problem areas before your treatment so they plan ahead . On the day of treatment . I explained that I had never tried this before and the therapist explained everything so well. She was very patient with all my questions .

Turned up for 11am appointment having rushed back from previous engagement. Shop was closed so called number on website. Beautician I was booked in with said someone had not turned up to open shop. Was told no-one could come in and would I like to rebook. Very unprofessional not to receive a phone call before I turned up. Was offered discount but will be staying well away having been let down in previous appointment where they said they only had time for one thing I was booked in for!
