Overall booking process was easy to do online.Location of venue is easy to get to. Room was a good size. However, none of the staff wore face coverings on site. Given some treatments are close-up it would have felt more professional had face coverings been worn by staff as well as clients (who are encouraged to wear masks when entering the building). The lack of masks made me feel uneasy, compared to other salons where staff wear face coverings as well as performing the lateral flow tests.
