The worst atmosphere when I arrived.
Kept reminding me that I was late for my appointment even though I had tried to call them 5x to let them know id be late.
She told me she wasn’t going to be able to blow dry it wavy and has to do the waves with a straightener instead and charged me £10 pounds extra for it. Every salon I’ve been to is able to blow dry my hair wavy.
The actual blow dry was disappointing and went flat within an hour and looked messy. I could’ve done a better job myself.

Georgia was lovely and easy to talk to but honestly I left with one eye looking a lot different to the other. I had to remove them by someone else the next day; my lashes had way too much glue which made removal a long and difficult process.

Neta was lovely but to be honest, the cut was amateur. Only saw it straight while it was wet & was in a rush so must not have looked closely enough. Afterwards, I realised the cut wasn't even. One side of my hair was noticeably longer than the other. I've had to book another appointment at a different salon to get it fixed. I know I should ask them to fix it but I honestly wouldn't trust my hair to them a 2nd time.
