Bijal, the beautician, was amazing. Loved the facial itself and my skin feels amazing and very clean. However the surroundings are a little unusual. The hairdressers upstairs has very loud music, which you can hear clearly over the soothing music in the treatment room. Also, the room was so tiny and had arched ceilings, so you can’t comfortably stand up straight besides the bed. Not good if you are claustrophobic!! Not a very relaxing experience overall.
