Unfortunately I didn’t receive the treatment I expected - as soon as my gel polish was removed manicure was put on immediately without my nails being cleadned any further. Maybe I misunderstood that my booking didn’t include nail filing and cuticles. No problems with the manicure but didn’t receive any handmassages that I booked and had to ask for hand cream myself before leaving. I understand the next customer arrived early so it was all rushed. The manicure wasn’t worth the £25 for me and left dissapointed, I’m sorry! The staff working upstairs were very cheerful though, might try a hair cut some time.
