All in all good although the technician was a little bit grumpy when she saw I needed to remove my last nail colour: I had booked the more expensive option to cover this and was very flexible with her, but felt she could have been friendlier. Good manicure though.

The salon is nice and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, my gel nails were rushed and not done properly - they were peeling off within 2 days. I don’t live or work in the area, so I can’t come in to get them fixed, but it sadly was a waste of money.

Pleased to get last minute appointment & was taken to the therapist straight away. Efficient and pleasant. Treatment as expected. Being in the basement felt a little closed in. Very happy with end result though.
