This wasn’t a relaxing experience for me at all. The client in front was late but the 15 minutes came off my treatment time which is completely unfair. The room was cold and there was a fan blowing too. The therapist did not use a towel or blanket to cover you up which is very unprofessional too. The actual massage was more on the painful side and the technique quite basic. It all felt rushed. Sorry I won’t be going back there.
