Booked a gel pedicure. No pedicure chair with water bath for a foot soak, just a hairdressers chair and a bucket. Then got told although I’d paid £35 for a pedicure, taking off gel wasn’t included, and was an extra £10. I wasn’t prepared to pay that given the facilities and the cost being extortionate compared to what I usually pay so I said I would contact treatwell to request a refund. The woman only agreed to pay me half of my money back, and said I booked a gel file and polish, which is not true. Don’t go here unless you want to have a terrible experience and not even get a full refund!!!!

Unfortunately this was a disappointing experience. I had a shellac pedicure. The lady was very nice and I actually think she probably did the best she could
in the circumstances. But the pedicure stand is not in the most relaxing space and it’s dark with the lady sitting awkwardly. This is why the nails were not neatly prepped and the polish overran some of the nails. One of the polish came off the next day as well and although they were kind to fix this, it was a nuisance having to go back.
