I can't fault this experience - my therapist was lovely and chatty, the environment was gorgeous and my nails looked amazing!

Ok manicure but appointment was running around 20 minutes late and I didn't get to finish my treatment. The salon is comfortable but downstairs is very quiet and I was left to my own devices a few times with no music etc! They had a good selection of colours for Shellac but very few standard nail polishes - only around 12-15 to choose from and not a wide variety of types of colours. I'd come back for Shellac but not for a standard manicure.

The bed isn't comfortable, especially having to lie there for 1.5 hours but I'm very happy with the results of my LVL!
I would say don't bother with the tint if you already have black eyelashes though, I didn't notice a difference.

Salon was lovely and was greeted with a friendly and professional staff. The technician was great although it wasn't a hugely comfortable experience (just used a random chair and stool to rest your feet). I was happy with the pedicure, but the price was high for what you got (even with the Treatwell discount).
