My appointment was with “Emma” but I was passed to 3 different people. I paid for a manicure and pedicure, I was pretty happy with the nails I got but wouldn't say it was anything special it was basically just getting the nails done no special treatment. The pedicure was the worst they didn’t look after my feet didn’t do anything that was meant to be in this treatment but paint my nails

First time in the nail salon had my ombre nails refilled very happy with the result will be rebooking for my next treatment

Potentially the worst pedicure Ive ever had. My nails were left too long so a couple of them broke not even a week later, my cuticles were cut and I bled on two toes and the varnish was blotchy as she kept banging the UV light into the freshly painted nail varnish before it had set.
Still had the audacity of charging me £3 extra after the treatment as she had to take off my old varnish….
