Lovely nails, however, the lashes came off in one strip once I got home which was a shame. But for the nails, they followed my inspiration picture perfectly and gave me just the result I wanted!

Average. They don't know anything about customer service, don't even talk to clients. I saw they provide hair services as well and asked for a trim and fringe - after showing the lady the style, length, partition and thickness I'd like she asked me how to cut it? And then she went on to cut them like a 10 year old kid would cut their own hair at home. As for the trim, she pretended like she was cutting/trimming and didn't trim any hair. Then asked for £25 for her service. I just gave £10

It was a nice experience! Slightly understaffed but not the staffs fault at all,and Emma did a great job :)
