Manicurist was a little late and arrived 5 minutes after my appointment time. That being said, the manicurist was very good and I was very pleased with the overall service.

I went in for biab and asked for them to keep my length 3 times and they ruined all of my length progress, by removing it and not listening to me. My nails are so so short now. And when doing my nails the cuticles were not pushed down, I'm very disappointed.
