the therapist was friendly but the quality of the wax was unacceptable. I was left with a bad wax burn because the therapist had improper technique and had to repeatedly go over the same areas to remove the hair to an adequate standard.

Really rude staff, uncomfortable chairs, and they do *not* know how to remove acrylics. I have never experienced this much pain and incompetence during removal. Never have my nails been this damaged from removal. The damage is truly unbelievable.

Stated it was available to book but they didn’t have anyone in. They were polite and they did call to tell me
