Alina did a great job cutting my daughters hair. She has curly hair so it's quite hard getting the right cut but Alina managed to give my daughter the style that we wanted. She was very nice and welcoming to my daughter and at the end she double checked that the hair was all one length. She took her time and made sure all my needs were met

Was first time there. Decent salon with decent prices. They don't have reception are and everything felt a bit rushed and it seemed they had too much going on at the time. Treatment felt rushed and not as pleasant. The person who was doing my nails cut way too much of my cuticle in the end and it hurt for 2-3 days. I will definitely not come back there again.
Gel Nails Manicure
I came all the way from Essex to do massage. Apt was at 1.30pm, I came in at 1.31pm, there’s no one to greet you so you stand there like a lemon. They decided to see someone else who got full face wax. I waited till 1.45pm, they said they thought I won’t attend & what time did I come in? I came in 1.31pm, they couldn’t wait few minutes yet they expected me to wait further 15 mins for her to finish. Absolutely rubbish customer service, not professional & no policy put in place. Disappointing!!!
