It was a great pedicure - highly recommended. I think Priya was actually my therapist and she was brilliant, very thorough.

Staff were friendly, and my wax appointment was going well but then Priya didn’t check the temperature of the wax before applying it onto my leg. It was way too hot, and she noticed this herself afterwards as she said she felt it was too hot. It was too late by then, because it was already on my leg. After the wax, I was left with two burn marks on my leg, which was quite painful. Had to purchase 3 boxes of burn plasters to soothe the pain/soreness. This was a shame because other than the burning of my leg, my experience started off nicely. It would have been nice to have been offered temporary treatment (aloe Vera) or some £ knocked off my overall total, but alas, that did not happen. I will not be returning.
