Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I was at the salon for 5.5 hours for half a head of highlights, which is incredibly long and had to keep asking how long it would be as I needed to leave. The toner left my hair very brassy and my roots felt like they hadn’t been touched. However Gina was incredibly friendly and understanding when I contacted her, and arranged for a redo which was fantastic
