Grace was very attentive to what I wanted and very informative on options for cuts to suit my hair type (fine with some grey) - what different types of layers would look like and impact of length around the face. She was helpful and knowledgable on eg the impact of chlorine on hair and made helpful recommendations. She was personable and chatty - she had a really polite manner and was very considerate. I really enjoyed meeting her and liked the cut she gave me.

I felt welcome and Brooke is very good at making you feel relaxed about the whole haircut process - I don't go to the hairdressers very often and have had very variable results! She is also a fantastic hairdresser! I would recommend both your salon and Brooke to anyone and hope to see both in the future. XX
