Jess was great from start to finish. Yes you’re getting gals in training but there is always someone on hand and she was so confident and skilled. The value is insane, the salon looks and smells beautiful & I left with exactly what I wanted. I noticed it seemed to be a great atmosphere for the stylists as everyone was communicating with eachother and although it was very busy, it looked completely under control.

Francesca checked the colour throughout. She looked at my base colour and checked whether I wanted a golden or silver tone. She ensured that no colour was left on too long. She was meticulous with her sectioning and added highlights to the base.

I had a really lovely time with a Charlotte. She listened to what I was hoping to achieve in the long-term with my hair and then produced the perfect colour for my roots. She’s very personable and diligent in her work.
