I always have a good experience here! The staff are all very friendly, and the salon has a lovely atmosphere. I had been putting off getting my hair cut because I felt anxious and particularly dreaded sitting in one place continuously; I mentioned my concerns to my stylist Emsie and she was very understanding and accommodating. I appreciated this so much and would recommend her to anyone with ADHD or anxiety - although I’m sure the other stylists at the academy would also be supportive! :)
