I'm don't know how the apprenticeship is structured in terms of what skills/modules are taught in which order so I want this to be CONSTRUCTIVE feedback. Please ensure that the apprentices are confident with basics before being left predominantly unsupervised with a client. I have a side parting this was the first time the trainee had dealt with a side parting & was very unsure about it & how to cut the layers in. Also no heat protection spray but blowdried AND used straighteners.

Had an incredible experience the other day with Ester- she is an absolute miracle worker and gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. She listened carefully to my preferences and even little comments about length, was very gentle with her styling, and paid attention to every little detail.
She was also very easy to talk to and engaging, dropping styling tips and advice throughout.
I couldn’t recommend anyone more, she gave me my dream hair and I couldn’t be happier!
