The salon has a lovely atmosphere, and the students were incredibly sweet. However, I encountered an unfortunate situation where my allocated hairdresser didn’t show up. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and arranged for a group of students to use my haircut as a demo, which turned out great.
While the haircut itself was wonderful, the initial delay—waiting 30 minutes for things to start—left me feeling a bit uneasy, especially since I had to coordinate childcare for my little one.

Over all good experience. I wasn't very happy about the hairdresser not having the appropriate equipment for wavy hair (diffuser for blow-dry). But despite not having that she made sure of what would be the best approach for my hair.
